Welcome to Intentiv, a platform provided by Intentiv ("we," "us," "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Intentiv platform and services ("Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

Intentiv is a platform that connects users ("Seekers") with subject matter experts ("Experts") through specialized AI agents and direct consultation sessions. We facilitate these connections and provide the technology to host Expert Agents.

2. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. Intellectual Property and Data Rights

We respect the intellectual property of our Experts and Seekers. Our core commitment is the protection of your data.

  • Expert Data: Content, knowledge bases, and files uploaded by Experts to create their agents remain the sole property of the Expert. We do not use your proprietary knowledge to train our foundation AI models. Your data is used strictly to power your specific Expert Agents.
  • Seeker Data: Content and prompts provided by Seekers during a session are confidential to that session.
  • Platform IP: The Intentiv platform, including its code, design, and underlying infrastructure, remains the property of Intentiv.

4. Fees and Payments

Certain services on Intentiv, such as Expert Agent sessions and Direct Consultations, require payment. Fees are displayed at the time of purchase. All payments are processed through our third-party payment processor (Stripe). Experts are compensated according to the platform's payout schedule and commission structure.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer the Service or the Expert Agents.
  • Harass, abuse, or harm another person via the Service.
  • Input sensitive personal information (PII) or protected health information (PHI) unless explicitly authorized for a specific, compliant use case.

6. Disclaimers

Not Professional Advice: While we host Experts, Intentiv itself does not provide professional legal, medical, or financial advice. The content generated by Expert Agents or provided by Experts is for informational purposes only. You should consult with a qualified professional for your specific needs.

"As-Is" Service: The Service is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Intentiv shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the Service, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

9. Modifications

We may revise these Terms at any time. If material changes are made, we will notify you. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
